Welcome.
I work with executives, partners, managers, individual contributors, and teams on relationship conflicts, group cohesion, communication skills, dispute resolution, and managing "challenging" employees.
My 20-year career in Silicon Valley as an intern, individual contributor, manager, and executive at companies such as Apple, Claris, Xerox PARC, and Hewlett-Packard; my experience as an executive management consultant for companies such as Adobe; and my current work as a counselor and licensed psychotherapist, give me diverse and proven skills to work with you on these issues.
I have a Master's degreee in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. I'm also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
