• Assessing interpersonal strengths and weaknesses within the company
• Coaching executives on challenges with subordinates, peers, and managers
• Delivering conflict-management training
• Co-developing Corporate Values with the CEO
• Organizing internal communication of the Corporate Values
• Authoring an interpersonal skills training plan connected with the development of Corporate Values
