Executive Coaching Services
I offer several services for executives, partners, groups, and teams:
1. Individual/group assessment and recommendations.
A
good first step for you may be an assessment -- of an individual, a
group, or your entire company -- in order to provide recommendations on
which (if any) of my services would be of benefit, which problems
they'd be addressing, and the costs, timeline, and deliverables for our
work together.
2. Individual coaching.
This includes:
• Goal-Directed Executive Coaching.
This service is most useful for executives who have specific skills or management challenges that they wish to focus on. In
this mode, I first conduct an assessment of the coaching client. I do
this by speaking with the client, speaking with the client's manager
(if the client is comfortable with that), by reviewing the client's
past performance reviews, and by conducting a 360-degree feedback
review (if the client is comfortable with that) or reviewing that
feedback if it's already available. I then work with the
client to establish goals for the coaching. Once I receive agreement on
these goals, we set up a session schedule, guidelines/limits on contact
with me between sessions, the expected duration of the coaching, and
metrics for success.
• Executive Sounding Board.
This service is particularly useful for executives who don't have
specific, recurring situations/skills to focus on, and who want maximum
access to me when the need arises.
In this mode, a client can either set up an
appointment with me in advance or call my cellphone to talk with me. In
the latter case, if I'm not available at that moment, and it's during
working hours, I commit to speaking with the client as soon as possible
that day. If the client wishes, I will identify regular, weekly hours on my
calendar where I am more likely to be available, and will strive to
keep those hours as open as possible.
I charge a monthly retainer for these services.
I can work with you or any members of your team in either of
these two coaching modes. I conduct these coaching services by phone,
by video, or in person.

3. Mediation and facilitation for pairs, groups, and cross-functional teams in conflict.
Since
I am not only an experienced professional but also not emotionally
involved with the conflict, I can frequently accelerate understanding
and resolution.
4. Half-day and full-day training sessions for groups.
Sample
topics include: managing conflict, persuasive speaking, delegating authority, conducting
effective meetings, coaching performance, goal-setting, and managing
workplace stress. You can click here to see an outline of one of my
training programs.
